Position Overview: The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver quality patient care in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Coordinate care activities among assigned staff to ensure standards of practice are maintained.
- Demonstrate professional growth and accountability in nursing practice.
- Graduate of a nursing program; new graduates eligible.
- Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC multistate license.
- BLS certification required.
- Preferred:
Bachelor's degree and hospital experience; advanced specialty certification if applicable.
