Our client, a reputable manufacturing company in Macon, GA, is seeking an experienced Quality Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with over 20 years of experience, preferably working in a smaller company. This position involves managing teams and reporting directly to the General Managers.

• Lead and manage the quality assurance team to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems.
• Oversee quality control processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular quality audits and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve quality issues.
• Report on quality metrics and performance to senior management.

• Over 20 years of experience in a quality management role.
• Extensive experience working in smaller manufacturing companies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards.

• Salary range: $90,000 - $120,000
