Quality Lab Technician

• Routine Inspection
  
  Activities:
  
  Conduct visual and basic dimensional inspections using standard tools (e.g., rulers, gauges, templates). Verify that products meet defined specifications and report any deviations.
• Documentation and Recordkeeping:
  Accurately complete inspection checklists and quality records. Ensure traceability and proper documentation of inspection outcomes.
• Issue Identification and Escalation:
  Identify visible defects or inconsistencies and escape to supervisors or quality engineers. Support initial containment actions when non-conformities are detected.
• Compliance with Procedures:
  Follow established work instructions, inspection procedures, and safety guidelines. Ensure adherence to internal quality standards and customer requirements.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure smooth inspection flow. Communicate clearly about inspection results and quality concerns.
• Support for Continuous Improvement:
  Provide feedback on recurring issues or process inefficiencies. Participate in basic improvement initiatives as requested.

• Education:
  
  Technical or Vocational Certification or equivalent experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.
• Experience:
  
  1–2 years of experience in quality inspection or production support roles.
• Knowledge:
  Basic understanding of inspection tools and quality documentation practices.

  Skills:
  
  Basic proficiency in English and fluency in the
