The Leasing Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Macon, GA. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for greeting prospective residents, conducting property tours, explaining community features, and guiding individuals through the leasing process from initial inquiry to move-in. Daily tasks include responding to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries; preparing and processing lease documents; assisting with lease renewals; and maintaining accurate records in leasing and property management systems.

The role involves providing consistent, high-quality customer service, supporting resident retention initiatives, and collaborating with maintenance and management teams to ensure a positive living experience. The Leasing Consultant also helps with marketing activities, such as promoting available units, updating online listings, and participating in community events to drive occupancy.

• Demonstrated ability to work with leases and lease administration, including preparing, reviewing, and accurately processing lease documents.
• Experience supporting resident retention, including relationship-building, follow-up, and proactive resolution of resident concerns.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse residents, prospects, and team members.
• Prior experience in leasing, property management, or a related customer-facing role in real estate or hospitality is preferred.
• Comfort using property management software, email, and basic office applications for documentation and reporting.
• Ability to work on-site in Macon, GA, including weekends or evenings as needed based on community needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in real estate or property management are a plus.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented, with a focus on professionalism, integrity, and delivering a high standard of service.
