The Role at a glance:We are looking for a skilled, motivated bartender to join our collegiate team in Macon, GA. As a bartender, you will have the opportunity to mix and serve a variety of beverages and perform meal service for a diverse clientele.
What you'll be doing:- Following standard recipes to mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests of the service bar.
- Setting up and breaking down all front of house and back of house bars and beverage stations.
- Performing food service as needed.
- Customer service, including describing and recommending menu items.
Must-haves:
- At least 18 years old.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to memorize and describe a variety of recipes, especially for mixed beverages.
