What You’ll Be Doing
  • Oversee daily operations of the showroom, including sales, customer service, and maintenance.
  • Mentor and train a team of commissioned sales associates to increase customer experience quality and sales profitability.
  • Ensure customers receive exceptional service and are satisfied with purchases and deliveries.
  • Train and develop a high‑performing sales team, implementing individual and team goals to maximize potential.
  • Coaching each sales consultant to set realistic monthly sales goals, creating action plans, and providing ongoing support and motivation.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, inviting, and well‑presented showroom.
  • Participate in the sales process to enhance the customer shopping experience and educate associates.
  • Maintain positive staff morale.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong mentoring, coaching, and development skills with the ability to motivate teams and achieve results.
  • Minimum 2 years of retail sales management experience, preferably in the furniture industry managing commissioned sales associates.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluency in both English and Spanish preferred.
  • Proficiency with computer programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Desire to succeed in a sales‑driven environment.
