We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases, and ensuring there are carts ready and available.

You will also assist our members with loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.

• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members
• Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and process member purchases
• Use cash registers for transactions and handle different membership and payment types
• Organize and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds and assist members with transporting items
• Ensure club pick up orders are filled, notify members of delays, and resolve issues
• Conduct safety sweeps, follow merchandise handling procedures, and report unsafe situations
• Collaborate with managers and co‑workers to prioritize work assignments and communicate progress

• Keep the parking lot clean and vehicles ready
• Help members load and unload items
• Communicate pickup times and alternative options to members
• Maintain cart retrieval equipment and flatbed systems

Hourly wage range: $16.00 to $23.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Customer Service experience is a prerequisite.
