Job Duties- Setting Appointments: 6‑8 hours per week – reach out to potential clients who previously requested coverage and schedule meetings to discuss mortgage protection options.
- Research: 4‑5 hours per week – review client information to customize options for death or disability protection.
- Meeting with Families: 2 days per week – meet with clients virtually or in person to present options, discuss coverage details, and assist with applications.
- Administrative: 2 hours per week – follow up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.
We are looking for coachable, challenge‑seeking, self‑disciplined individuals with a growth mindset. Skill set isn’t everything for this position.

CompensationThis is a commission‑only based sales position. The average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family. We expect a full‑time agent to sell 5 to 10 mortgage protection plans per week. In addition to mortgage protection, we offer premium financial products to help clients save for retirement or protect retirement accounts.
In addition to uncapped commission, we provide a competitive bonus structure program and incentive trips based on individual and team results.
