Commercial Sales Representative

Join Acom as a Commercial Sales Representative and take control of your success. With a competitive base salary and uncapped commission, our top performers can earn six figures — and there’s no ceiling.

In this role, you’ll use your consultative sales skills to sell customized solutions, including video/access control/burglary and fire systems, to a wide range of new and existing commercial clients.

Responsibilities
  • Cultivate your pipeline through market research, canvassing, cold calling, networking, and referral sources.
  • Evaluate customer needs and collaborate with your team to identify the proper solutions based on our portfolio of products and services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals with prospects to showcase the value of our solutions for their business needs.
  • Sell additional products and services to existing accounts that continue to present new sales opportunities.
  • Generate proposals and administer all facets of the account and the sales process utilizing CRM software.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products/services and customer issues and needs through training and research.
Qualifications
  • Successful experience in B2B sales, relationship-based selling, and territory management.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals in previous organizations.
  • Willingness to establish your territory through in-person meetings and evaluations.
  • Possession of existing contacts within the Property Management, Distribution, Facilities, Healthcare, and/or Retail channels is a plus.
