Subaru Salesperson

Overview

The Jackson Auto group is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Associate at our Subaru of Macon location. The right associate is a motivated and results-driven individual responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers. This is a full time individual contributor role that offers a competitive commission schedule. The successful candidate must have exceptional customer service skills! Sales experience is a plus but not required as we love to train those with the drive to succeed, and a passion for the automotive industry.

• Greet customers and assist with their vehicle purchase needs
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives with customers
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Assist with financing and completing necessary paperwork for vehicle sales
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and specifications
• Participate in sales training and meetings as required by the dealership
• Ensure the dealership is clean and well-maintained to create a positive customer experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous automotive sales experience is a plus but not required
• Must possess strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office and DMS systems
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
