We are looking for an experienced professional with a can‑do attitude, excellent problem‑solving skills, and an active EPA Certification to join our fast‑growing team.

• Diagnose causes of problems and/or failures in heating/air conditioning systems, refrigeration systems, and food‑service equipment to determine necessary repairs or replacements.
• Perform maintenance, service repairs, and install new units or replace parts of existing units for systems of 15 tons or more.
• Maintain larger preventive‑maintenance contracts with more than five units.
• Repair or replace defective parts in HVAC units and equipment controls.
• Service and troubleshoot mini‑splits and/or replace smaller RTUs and mini‑splits for 15 tons or less.
• Communicate with dispatch to ensure completion of scheduled work.
• Maintain preventive‑maintenance schedules and procedures for customer accounts.
• Provide elite customer service on every job encountered.

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Active EPA Certification.
• 3+ years’ experience in a commercial HVAC setting.
• OSHA 10 Certification.
• Manufacturer Certification preferred.
• Availability for flexible hours and on‑call shifts as needed.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
