We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Installation Mechanic to join our fast-growing Conditioned Air Team. The ideal candidate will have a can‑do attitude and strong problem‑solving skills, as well as a high level of customer service.

• Independently install equipment and duct work
• Complete paperwork daily, and record materials used on each job accurately
• Coordinate with general contractors in other trades on installing equipment and duct work
• Lay out roof curbs
• Fabricate duct fittings and complete layout without supervision
• Read blueprints and lay out ducting
• Create a material list from blueprints
• Perform all jobs with safety first in mind

• Continual learning and development through First Call Academy to maintain high skill level
• Deliver elite customer service to ensure we are the first call for HVAC needs

• 3‑6+ years of experience in install mechanic
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
• OSHA 10 required
• Flexible work schedule and on‑call shifts
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to interpret State Mechanical Codes
• Ability to frequently lift 75 pounds and lift items up to 50 pounds
• Physical ability to work in awkward places, ladders or scaffolding as needed

Language Skills Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence and effectively present information to customers, clients, and employees.

Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.

Reasoning Ability Apply common sense to carry out written, oral, or diagram instructions. Solve problems with multiple variables and prioritize tasks.

Physical Demands Regular use of hands, standing, walking, sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling. Regularly lift up to 50 pounds. Vision: close, distance, peripheral, depth, adjust focus.
