• Install, dismantle or move machinery and heavy equipment according to layout plans, blueprints or drawings
• Fabricate, modify or repair mechanical instruments
• Perform work involving the skills of two or more maintenance or craft occupations to keep machines and mechanical equipment in repair
• Operate machinery or equipment such as forklifts, cranes and jackhammers when needed
• Other duties may involve pipe fitting, welding, machining, carpentry, or mechanical equipment installation, alignment, and balancing using hoists, jacks, hand tools, squares, rulers, and micrometers
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed by supervisor that employee can safely perform
• Work in full compliance with approved safety regulations

• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Rigging experience
• Mechanical aptitude
• Welding experience a plus

• Work within precise limits or standards of accuracy
• Follow instructions and read/interpret engineering specifications, blueprints & schematics
• Use logical step-by-step procedures in work
• Organizational and planning skills
• Make decisions based on measurable information
• Perform a variety of duties which may change
• Operate machinery
• Work in a close team environment and alone
• Willing to work overtime hours (including weekends)
• Clean driving record (MVR required)
• Post-offer pre-employment physical examination and drug screen

• Lift, carry, push and pull heavy loads (up to 50 lbs)
• Work at elevated heights in tight, confined, and awkward positions
• Able to work in non-climate-controlled areas and wear PPE correctly
• Climb ladders/scaffolding and work on high or overhead structures
• Require bending, lifting, twisting, kneeling, pulling/pushing
• Good hearing and vision (depth perception and color vision required)
• Balance and ability to move over uneven terrain
• Full use of hands and fingers to reach for, manipulate, and feel objects
