We are the one-stop dealership for new and used ATV, UTV, motorcycle/scooter, boats, PWC, tractor, and side x side vehicles.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair outboard and inboard/sterndrive boat engines (gasoline and diesel, where applicable)
- Perform boat maintenance and repair, including oil changes, tune-ups, cooling system service, lower unit service, and fuel system cleaning
- Inspect, service, and repair marine electrical systems (12V DC wiring, batteries, charging systems, lighting, gauges, electronics)
- Diagnose and repair steering, throttle/shift controls, hydraulic systems, and trim/tilt systems
- Rig and install boat engines, controls, steering, rigging, and marine accessories on new and pre-owned units
- Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI), safety checks, and lake tests/sea trials when needed
- Handle seasonal service, including boat winterization and de-winterization
- Accurately document service work, labor hours, and parts used on repair orders
- Work closely with the Service Writer, Parts Department, and Sales Team to prioritize repairs and meet customer timelines
- Maintain a clean, organized marine service bay and follow all safety and environmental procedures
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Direct experience as a Marine Technician, Marine Mechanic, Boat Mechanic, Outboard Technician, or Motorboat Mechanic in a shop, marina, or dealership environment
- Strong hands-on skills with outboard engines; inboard/sterndrive experience is a plus
- Solid understanding of marine electrical, fuel, steering, and propulsion systems
- Ability to read service manuals, follow diagnostic procedures, and use scan tools/diagnostic equipment
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage your own workflow in a busy service department
- Valid drivers license; boating experience and safe operation of boats and trailers strongly preferred
- Manufacturer certifications (Yamaha, Mercury, Suzuki, etc.) are a plus but not required
