Field Service Technician

• Possess minimum 5 years of verifiable construction experience
• Candidate must have knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office
• Must be willing to travel and stay overnight on occasions
• Own tools
• Accurately read blueprints
• At least some supervisory experience
• Reliable transportation
• High attention to detail
• Work well independently and interdependently
• Clean driving record
• Clean background
• Ability to carry at least 50 lbs
• Ability to stand/move around for long periods of time
• Ability to climb ladders up to 30 ft

• Basic electrical, basic carpentry, drywall install/repairs and skim, stucco and EIFS repair, painting, door install, closers, interior and exterior building repairs

• One year experience as a helper either in the construction industry
• Clean background and driving record
• Work well independently and interdependently
• Take initiative, self‑motivated
• Ability to carry at least 50 lbs
• Ability to stand/move around for long periods of time
• Ability to climb ladders up to 30 ft
