• Hours are M-F, no call
• Treat all ages
• Can see up to 24 patients per day
• Loan repayment program through NHSC & CAL Health Cares
• Other services offered at this location include behavioral health, insurance enrollment and health education & nutrition
• J1 & H1b sponsorship available
• Salary starts at $250-260K range, more depending on experience

The physicians at the Clinic provide personalized, comprehensive outpatient primary care under the guidance of the Medical Director. They deliver primary care services to a multicultural, multilingual patient population, ensuring an excellent experience for all patients. The Clinic, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Central California, offers an integrated care model that includes Behavioral Health, Pediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Optometry, and Dentistry.

Discounted pharmacy services are also available for uninsured patients. Each patient has a dedicated healthcare team working collaboratively to provide seamless, coordinated care focused on overall wellness. The Clinic serves a diverse population across all ages, income levels, and diagnoses, providing nearly 112,047 visits for underserved adults and children in one year. With well‑equipped facilities and a professional practice management team, the Clinic prioritizes quality, evidence‑based care and has achieved the highest level of certification under the Patient‑Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model.
