Corporate Finance Controller

Overview

Oversee financial reporting and accounting for company affiliates worldwide. Manage internal projects to improve financial efficiency of operations and business performance. Develop finance processes improvements and digitalization. Control outbound payments and expense management. Work with internal sources and external accounting firms to ensure timely completion of annual reporting requirements including lender compliance submissions, tax returns and audits. Provide financial planning, business analysis and result interpretation for affiliates around the world.

Provide financial management and accounting related to acquisitions and sales/dispositions of properties.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or closely related field; plus one (1) year of experience in financial management using the following required skills:

• CosO internal control framework
• Sarbanes-Oxley - internal control regulations
• ERP implementation and project management

RATE OF PAY: $188,427 per year
