Position Summary:
The Ultrasound Technologist/Echo Tech must be proficient in all cardiac scans, including but not limited to contrast (Lumason) studies. Must be proficient in scanning all abdomen, OB, small parts, and vascular. Requires minimum two years acute care experience. The sonographer shall perform all functions necessary for the competent operation of Sonography equipment and the performance of General, Vascular, and Cardiac Diagnostic Medical Sonography within the mission of the Hospital and department.
Day Shift Position
Qualifications:
Requires completion of American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) approved course in Diagnostic Medical Sonography and/or Cardiovascular Credentialing International certificate (CCI).
Prefer minimum two-years experience in sonography specialty area. Coaching and Training Skills with proven communication and guest relations skills.
