Job Description

RH is seeking a Facilities Leader to steward the repair and maintenance operations for 75+ Outlets, Home Delivery Centers and Delight Centers. This leader will design scalable systems, elevate operational standards and cultivate strong vendor partnerships that ensure every location operates at the highest level. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, an exceptional problem solver and a relationship-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead repair and maintenance operations across all Outlet, HDC and Delight Center locations, ensuring timely, high-quality execution
  • Design and implement scalable processes, systems and maintenance programs that support multiple simultaneous projects
  • Build and sustain strong partnerships with Field Leaders and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and seamless operations
  • Source, onboard, and lead a network of external vendors by market; cultivate relationships that ensure priority response and elevated service
  • Conduct ongoing vendor outreach and performance reviews to uphold standards and drive continuous improvement
  • Oversee Service Channel management, including request oversight, vendor setup, training, compliance and timely follow-through
  • Partner with the Project Leader to ensure work aligns with established budgets and financial expectations
  • Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules, cleaning programs and long-range facilities plans
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with internal teams and external partners, ensuring transparency and alignment
Our Requirements
  • 2+ years of facilities repairs and maintenance experience, including leadership responsibilities within a fast-paced or multi-location environment
  • Demonstrated leadership excellence with the ability to inspire partnership and accountability across teams and vendors
  • Highly motivated self-starter with agility to shift priorities based on evolving business needs
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and composure
  • Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills with a bias for timely, effective action
  • Exceptional communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding planning, organizational and prioritization abilities
  • Independent thinker with the initiative to work autonomously with minimal direction
  • Proficiency in Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Experience working with online forms and survey tools
  • Experience with Service Channel strongly preferred
Physical Requirements
  • Occasionally, lift, carry and mobilize items up to 25 lbs. using proper equipment and techniques
  • Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, squatting, twisting and climbing for extended periods as needed
  • Inspect facilities both indoors and outdoors, which may require navigating varied terrain or tight spaces
  • Comfortable working around maintenance equipment, ladders and tools in a safe and controlled manner
