The United Farm Workers is seeking a talented Regional Director to lead operations in the San Joaquin Valley from the Madera, CA office, with activities in Madera, Fresno and Merced Counties.
You will develop and execute plans to meet member needs, grow membership, and guide staff and steward programs under the Fund Manager. This is not an office job; independence and long-term commitment are essential. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
