Position Summary

Salary is $20.71 per hour with additional shift differentials of $0.50 for 2nd shift and $0.75 for 3rd shift. • Applicants must be available to work all shifts: 1st (7:00 am–3:00 pm), 2nd (3:00 pm–11:00 pm), and 3rd (11:00 pm–7:00 am). All shifts include weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Flexible shift assignment determined at time of hire.

• Operate production equipment to meet standards and product specifications.
• Enter data into computer control systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production.
• Perform basic asset care, including routine preventative maintenance and cleaning.
• Work as a team to meet or exceed production, waste, quality, and safety goals.
• Operate or work around mobile equipment.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing required safety gear.
• Perform manual tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and pulling for up to 12 hours daily in a hot, humid, noisy environment.

• Experience in a manufacturing, agricultural, warehouse, or military environment, or completion of post–high school education in manufacturing/industrial field.

• Experience using a computer, tablet, or smart device.
• One (1) year or more experience working in a manufacturing and/or industrial environment.
• Experience in the corrugated packaging industry.
