Calbee America is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead all quality assurance, food safety, and regulatory programs at our Madera, CA facility
. This role ensures products meet company standards, customer expectations, and all applicable regulations while promoting a strong culture of quality across the site.

• Lead, train, and develop the QA team to maintain excellence in food safety and compliance.
• Oversee QA programs including SQF, HACCP, GMPs, sanitation verification, allergen control, and traceability.
• Manage customer and regulatory audits, non-conformance investigations, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Operations, R&D, and Sanitation to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Review and approve QA documentation, batch records, and product release decisions.
• Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5-7 years of QA & Sanitation experience in food manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of SQF, HACCP, GMP, and FDA/USDA regulations.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
