Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented  Content & Research Executive  with strong written and verbal communication skills to handle content, research, paper submissions, and publication coordination.

Key Responsibilities  Proofread, edit, and prepare academic and professional content.
Conduct  data mining and online research  to find relevant papers, journals, conferences, authors, and research topics.
Research and identify suitable journals/conferences based on paper requirements.
Handle  research paper and manuscript submissions  through online platforms.
Coordinate revisions, acceptance, publication, and DOI-related updates.
Communicate with clients, authors, editors, vendors, and internal teams through email, phone, and messaging platforms.
Maintain submission records, research data, and publication status.
Ensure accuracy, timely follow-ups, and completion of assigned tasks.
Required Skills   1–3 years of relevant experience  in content, research, publication, or related fields.
Excellent  written and verbal English communication .
Strong research, data-mining, and information-searching skills.
Good proofreading and content-editing abilities.
Basic understanding of research papers, journals, conferences, and publication processes.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel/Google Sheets, and online research tools.
Strong attention to detail, coordination, and time-management skills.
