As an Entry Level Automotive Technician, you will gain hands‑on experience in one of Goodyear's Auto Service centers, learning how to perform basic automotive services while delivering outstanding customer service. Experience is not required; you will receive training in any required skills.

• Mount and balance tires.
• Perform oil changes and other automotive preventive maintenance.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent guest service, including clear communication about vehicle issues.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on guest expectations.
• Maintain adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation.
• Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.

Stores may be open 7 days a week, including weekends and some holidays, depending on location.

• Valid driver’s license and at least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• Ability to review and analyze information, identify problems, and make decisions.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous automotive preventive maintenance experience or formal automotive training.
