Regional Technical Manager Provides technical support for the Ohio districts of Rose Pest Solutions. Oversees the QA activities for the Ohio Districts. Represents Rose Pest Solutions to manufacturers, state associations, and regulators and maintains relationships with manufacturers. Maintain familiarity with state regulations and compliance issues affecting Ohio operations.
Job Requirements
Regional Technical Managers are expected to interact in a friendly, positive, and professional manner. They should actively solicit and provide constructive and accurate feedback. They must be skilled at quickly and effectively addressing both actual and potential needs, as well as identifying opportunities to exceed client expectations.
Basic Qualifications - Required
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- U.S. citizenship or authorization to work in the United States.
- Able to work before 8 AM, after 5 PM, and/or on weekends.
- Driving history that meets company requirements.
- Successful completion of drug and background checks.
- Read, speak, and comprehend English.
- Five years of experience in the pest control industry
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and comprehending English.
- Ability to organize and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency with common business software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and web).
- Predominant pest pressures and treatment alternatives
- Understanding of treatment regulations and safety procedures.
- Familiarity with computer handheld technology.
- Experience in managing, training, and developing field service personnel.
- Preferred:
Four-year college degree in Entomology or related field.

- Lift 50 lbs. of tools or equipment up to 50'
- Carry 50 lbs. of tools 100 ft.
- Tolerate confined spaces
- Ascend and descend stairs
