QualificationsThe Logistics Analyst position requires a bachelor’s degree in Logistics (Supply Chain) or Business, or at least 3 years of progress toward such a degree, with 3-5 years of experience in a logistics environment focusing on operational oversight. Candidates without a degree but with relevant experience are also considered.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and experience working with various online data applications.
- Knowledge of A3 Thinking process (LEAN initiatives) is a bonus.
- Proficiency in English;
Spanish language skills are a plus. - Experience with SAP and TMS systems.
The Logistics Analyst will:
- Assist with customer complaint investigations and resolutions. Analyze shipment data to develop freight cost savings projects. Support the freight invoicing process, including problem resolution.
- Perform daily shipment updates for assigned shipping sites using TMS.
- Track shipments as necessary.
- Analyze current logistics activities to identify improvements.
