Account Representative

The Account Representative should have a college degree and/or significant demonstrated experience in a customer service role within the industrial manufacturing sector.

The candidate should possess:

• Commitment to customer loyalty, advocacy, engagement, and retention.
• Experience with SAP or other manufacturing-related order entry systems.
• Advanced knowledge of EDI transactions and issue resolution is desirable.
• Knowledge of Ford DDL, FCA Smart systems is a plus.
• Ability to speak French (Quebecois) is a plus.
• Understanding of Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing strategies.
• Ability to manage customer expectations by clearly communicating commitments (e.g., delivery dates, problem resolution) and promptly updating customers on changes.
• Use judgment and knowledge of strategic plans for each customer to respond to requests for orders, technical support, and other services.
