• Responsible for product testing, lab report writing and presentation, customized products applications and product demonstrations
• Work with application equipment to provide solutions to enhance customer adhesive related processes
• Support customer experience hands-on in the lab and remotely
• May support the laboratory work for interns for samples coming from customers
• Responsible for products application / technical training and coaching of field sales forces and customers
• Support projects for sales, PD, quality as well as members of the TCS field team
