• Ensure bulletproof compliance across all regulatory and tax requirements

• Lead and inspire a high‑performing finance team managing AR, AP, payroll, and invoicing

• Drive process optimization across general ledger, cost accounting, and inventory controls

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience with proven Controller leadership
• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA strongly preferred)
• Battle‑tested experience with multi‑site operations and consolidated reporting
• Hands‑on experience with both manufacturing and service business models

• Track record of successfully leading system implementations or software conversions
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics and Excel mastery
