AboutThe Role
Certified BCBA to lead ABA services for children on the autism spectrum, building high‑quality, person‑centered care with a team of RBTs.
Responsibilities- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop evidence‑based treatment plans tailored to each child.
- Supervise and mentor RBTs, fostering clinical excellence and professional growth.
- Collaborate with families to provide caregiver training so progress extends beyond the clinic.
- Use data‑driven insights to adjust strategies and keep each child reaching milestones.
- Advocate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaborations.
- Current BCBA certification in good standing and Michigan license.
- Empathetic and able to translate complex behavioral concepts into actionable guidance for parents.
- Strong communicator and ethical professional aligned with BACB Ethics Code.
