Speech‑Language Pathologist (Clinical Fellow or Licensed)

Healing Haven LLC is looking for full‑time Speech‑Language Pathologists in Madison Heights, MI. Pay range: $80,000–$110,000. We are a state‑of‑the‑art behavioral clinic for children with autism and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Lead impactful and engaging 30‑minute therapy sessions with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, starting with thoughtful assessments and keeping progress on track with timely re‑evaluations.
  • Stay on top of documentation by completing daily treatment notes and submitting progress summaries by the 1st of each due month.
  • Work closely with parents, BCBAs, and fellow professionals to create a well‑rounded, collaborative approach to treatment goals.
  • Keep learning and growing by participating in company training and required professional development.
  • Track your time with ease by submitting accurate timesheets in line with the Central Reach calendar deadlines.
  • Prepare key reports (initials, re‑evaluations, authorizations, AAC) that help drive client care forward.
  • Support the team by providing supervision to students, clinical fellows, or new hires when needed.
  • Protect client privacy by maintaining HIPAA compliance and keeping confidentiality a top priority.
Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques and interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Ability to bend, squat, push/pull, and lift 30 pounds as needed to assist with therapy.
