Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Madison Heights, MI
Pay Range: $70,000-$90,000
Healing Haven is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Madison Heights. We are a state‑of‑the‑art behavioral clinic for children with autism and their families. Our one‑of‑a‑kind campus includes four clinics, each designed to serve the specific needs of children and young adults through every stage of life. We believe in treating the family as a whole, and incorporate siblings and parents into therapy.
Our services include a 3‑month parent training clinic, speech therapy, occupational therapy, autism diagnostic testing and assessment, and day‑time center‑based services. We strive to provide compassionate and creative care to meet the needs of our families.

- Conduct assessment activities related to the need for behavioral interventions
- Design, execute, and monitor behavioral analysis and therapy treatment programs
- Oversee implementation of behavioral analysis programs by other employees
- Train, design behavioral systems, and manage performance
- Facilitate parent meetings/parent training to ensure consistency between home and clinic
- Complete comprehensive goals for clients and complete reports for all necessary documentation related to reimbursement from insurance companies and review by clients
- Work collaboratively with other professionals involved in client’s case
- Stay current with research and new methodologies
- Other activities generally performed by a BCBA that are directly related to behavioral analysis such as oversight of company programs and employees
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and Behavior Analyst license valid in Michigan
- Knowledge of behavior analysis and autism
- Ability to maintain a caseload of billable hours
- Compassionate and open‑minded disposition toward learning
- Managerial experience is a plus, but not required
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Positive attitude in stressful situations
Physical ability to bend, squat, push/pull, and lift up to 30 pounds as needed to assist with therapy services
