What You’ll Do- Drive branch sales and hit monthly and annual revenue goals.
- Coach your team to own their numbers, identify opportunities, and grow existing accounts.
- Partner with key vendors to plan trainings, events, and new product rollouts.
- Track trends through CRM dashboards and reports to turn insights into action.
- Expand our reach — uncover new integrator relationships and strengthen existing ones.
- Hire, train, and develop a high‑performing inside and warehouse team.
- Foster a culture where everyone contributes and wins together.

- Oversee daily operations — inventory accuracy, logistics, customer service, and facilities.
- Own the branch P&L, balancing cost control and revenue growth.
- Ensure safety, organization, and 5S standards are met across the warehouse.
- Partner with Operations, Finance, and Purchasing to keep things running efficiently.
- Handle customer escalations with professionalism and urgency.
- Proven experience managing a branch, department, or team — ideally in distribution, supply chain, or retail.
- 3+ years of leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and team development.
- Strong communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills.
- A hands‑on management style and high level of accountability.
- Tech‑savvy, comfortable with CRMs, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Prior experience managing a full P&L.
- Passion for AV, low‑voltage, or security technology.
- A history of developing people and building winning teams.
