Holistic Industries is seeking a Line Supervisor to lead daily production operations and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on the line.

This role provides hands‑on leadership to production team members while supporting continuous improvement across all manufacturing processes.

• Lead daily production activities – oversee workflows, assign tasks, and monitor performance to meet production goals.
• Ensure compliance and product integrity – uphold all company policies, safety protocols, and state regulations (including METRC tracking and documentation).
• Manage inventory control – track cannabis and non‑cannabis inputs, maintain accurate stock levels, verify inventories, and coordinate with procurement.
• Monitor and maintain equipment – record downtime and maintenance, identify and document equipment issues, and coordinate with maintenance or vendors for repairs.
• Support quality control – inspect products at all stages, record deviations, and collaborate with the QC team to resolve issues quickly.
• Drive efficiency and continuous improvement – identify process bottlenecks, propose workflow improvements, and help implement best practices to minimize downtime.
• Train and develop team members – provide on‑the‑job training, ensure adherence to SOPs, and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork.

• Strong leadership with a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving and team development.
• Proven ability to manage fast‑paced production environments with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Deep understanding of compliance, safety, and quality standards in regulated manufacturing.
• Clear communicator who can document, delegate, and follow through effectively.
• Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
