We are looking for

• Willing to train the right individuals with the proper attitude and desire to learn.
• Overtime is available especially during peak production periods.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, regularly move/lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, frequent twisting, reaching, and bending are required.
• Must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions including extreme heat, humidity, and cold.

• Operating digital direct-to-garment ink printing equipment.
• Using pick lists to determine style, color, size, and quantity.
• Quality check of finished product and maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Perform end-of-production duties such as preparing/packaging the merchandise for shipment.
• Pick merchandise accurately by style, color, size, and quantity.
• Count, stock, and organize inventory; replenish stock bins when necessary.
• Perform cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.
• Previous print experience desired for Operator role but not required.
• Light industrial environment experience desired but not required.
