CNC Mill Operator

We’re hiring a CNC mill operator for our day shift. You’ll be responsible for running production parts on vertical machining centers, maintaining quality, and keeping machines running efficiently.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in accurate work, can stay organized, and keeps production on schedule.

• Load and run CNC mills according to setup sheets and job instructions
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools
• Monitor tool wear and make minor offset adjustments when needed
• Keep machines and work areas clean, organized, and maintained
• Record part counts and inspection results accurately
• Communicate issues or quality concerns to the lead machinist or setup tech

• 1–3 years of CNC mill operating experience
• Ability to read and understand part prints and tolerances
• Familiarity with standard inspection tools and basic machine offsets
• Reliable, consistent, and quality-focused work habits
• Experience with Fanuc or Haas controls a plus

• Shift:Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Pay:Based on experience and capability
• Overtime available as needed

From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
