Henry Ford Madison Heights Hospital is hiring a CRNA
Schedule:
Full Time, rotating 40 Hours Weekly in Southeast Michigan. Henry Ford Madison Heights is a full-service hospital with a level IV trauma center, offering 24/7 emergency care and surgical specialists.
Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Nurse Anesthetist credential from the Michigan Board of Nursing, obtained prior to hire or transfer, verified by the Credentialing Office. - Registered Nurse credential from the Michigan Board of Nursing, obtained prior to hire or transfer, verified by the Credentialing Office.
- BLS Provider credential from the American Heart Association (AHA), obtained prior to hire or transfer. ARC CPR for Professionals is acceptable at hire but must be renewed as AHA BLS.
- Nurse Anesthetist credential from the NBCRNA, obtained prior to hire or transfer, verified by the Credentialing Office.
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) from AHA is preferred.
Education: Master's or Doctor of Nursing Anesthesia Practice or Nursing Practice required.
