Personalized Nursing LIGHT House in Madison Heights is seeking a contingent LPN/RN to support our Men’s Residential & Withdrawal Management Program. This 30-bed facility provides residential treatment and withdrawal management services, with 24/7 multidisciplinary support.
The role covers monitoring residents, participating in care planning, and coordinating with counselors and case managers. Candidate must hold LPN license (RN preferred), strong communication, and be able to pass a drug screen.
