Merchandise and Stocking Associate

Overview

The merchandising & stocking associate role supports members by keeping shelves stocked, assisting with bagging and checkout flow, unloading trucks, and ensuring a neat and member-ready environment. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role that can involve moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, fulfilling club pick-up orders, and helping members while stocking shelves.

Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr the actual pay will be based on skills and experience. This range is provided by Sam's Club. Your recruiter can share more details.

• Unloading trucks and stocking merchandise on shelves and in the backroom
• Assisting fellow associates and engaging with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude
• Ensuring a clean, neat, and member-ready area; maintaining product displays and proper pricing
• Supporting club pick-up orders by picking and staging according to policy
• Providing member service by acknowledging needs, guiding self-service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services
• Ensuring safety and sanitation standards, including proper rotation of inventory and following company policies
• Adapting to change and solving problems to complete tasks with excellence
• Carrying out priorities and collaborating with managers, co-workers, and other partners
