Base Pay Range

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

• Provide exceptional customer service to members.
• Maintain a clean, member‑ready area.
• Receive, stock, and organize merchandise.
• Maintain inventory to prevent stockouts or overstock.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to track goods and control shrinkage.
• Adhere to quality specifications for produce (taste, preparation, seasonality).
• Prepare produce (trim, crisp, package, scale) following standards.
• Use handheld technology to make timely business decisions.
• Guide peers and assist customers while meeting company policies.
• Carry out work assignments, prioritize, and communicate progress.

• Minimum: 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of all required training and assessments within a prescribed period.
• Passion for and experience with produce.

• Experience in produce merchandising.
• Knowledge of produce safety and sanitation guidelines.

Premiums may apply ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
