Store Support, Customer Service Rep

. This position includes non-sales functions such as ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot, and providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction may be required. Employees may direct customers to store departments or merchandise, answer questions on product order status, handle cash management or program compliance, and support key operational responsibilities to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Individuals must cooperatively work with other Associates, vendors, and carriers, with little/some supervision, be detail-oriented, and have proven time management skills. They must demonstrate a high level of integrity at all times and remain focused on store objectives while supporting key operational responsibilities. Specific positions may include:
Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
