We are looking for an Apartment Maintenance Tech. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN. We are looking for a jack of all trades who has experience with light plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.

As a Stathakis Maintenance, you are required to do the following:

• Perform light plumbing, electrical repair, and carpentry work as requested. Such as installing garbage disposals, toilets, changing door locks, light fixtures and ballast, painting etc.
• Keeps inventory of all repairs and other building maintenance related items.
• Conduct safety checks and equipment testing on all equipment at facilities.
• MUST have own basic tools
• Hours are Mon-Fri from 8am-4:30pm
• Pay is $20.00 per hour
