Receptionist, Administrative​/Clerical

Nextran Truck Centers is hiring for a Receptionist in Madison, AL.

• Responsible for providing an outstanding customer service experience.
• Greets customers, answers, screens and directs phone calls.
• Assists with general administrative and clerical tasks such as preparing documents, receiving and sorting mail and filing.
• Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices.
• Perform data entry associated with accounts payable.
• Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies.
• Handle cash, credit or check transactions with customers.
• Issue change, receipts, refunds, or tickets.
• Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
• Maintains and orders office supplies, as well coordinates the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Has excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• High degree of attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide easily and quickly.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
