Front Desk Administrator

We are interviewing for our Physical Therapy Front Desk Admin Outpatient position.

• Assisting with patient care and related activities
• Data intake and supporting documentation as permitted
• Reporting all treatment procedures
• Assisting with routine cleaning and maintenance
• All other duties as assigned and permitted by law

• Available to work Monday-Friday 9 am-6 pm
• Strong communication skills
• Outgoing personality and desire to improve patients' and clients' quality of life
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Interest in physical therapy field and background in Exercise Science preferred but not required
• Willingness to meet physical demands such as frequent lifting, carrying, and pushing
