Call Center Rep

Location: Madison, AL
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (may change)

Ōnin Staffing is seeking a motivated, dependable, and organized Call Center Representative to assist with high-volume recruiting and appointment scheduling.

• Make approximately 120 outbound calls per day
• Schedule approximately 20–30 interviews per day for our recruiting team
• Contact candidates by phone, text, and email regarding job opportunities
• Conduct basic pre-screening to determine candidate qualifications
• Accurately document candidate interactions and appointment details
• Follow up with candidates to confirm scheduled appointments

• Previous call center, customer service, or appointment-setting experience preferred
• Must be flexible and able to adjust to changing scheduling needs and priorities
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily
• Ability to meet daily productivity goals
• Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center, outbound calling, appointment setting, or similar role
• Experience making high-volume outbound calls and meeting daily productivity goals
• Strong appointment-scheduling and calendar-management skills
• Ability to handle frequent schedule changes and coordinate multiple appointments
• Excellent verbal communication and professional phone etiquette
• Experience documenting calls, updating candidate information, and maintaining accurate records
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Must be organized, dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
