Ball Corps, LLC, owner and operator of the Rocket City Trash Pandas, Double-A affiliate of the Los Angeles Angels, is searching for experienced, detail-oriented Interns to join our team. The Gameday Intern will report to the Group Sales Manager and help mainly on gamedays with corporate partnerships, groups, tickets, and hospitality.
Education/professional experience
- Best for Junior and Senior College Students "home for the summer" living locally in Rocket City who need credit hours for a course
- Students must not need more than 400 hours for their course
- The associate will work with all departments to prepare gameday for fans and guests of Toyota Field.
- Assist with scanning in tickets for fans at gates
- Pass out novelties at gates for fans as they enter
- Setup tables and signage in preparation for gates to open
- Assist with table education during games
- Assist departments in setup for gameday
- Stock and upkeep areas of operation
- Check-in and maintain group area during games
- Assist support staff in ensuring experiences for fans are first class.
- Provide superior customer service to clients and prospects.
- Contribute positively to the front office by developing strong working relationships within the office.
- Other duties as assigned.
