Proposal Pricing Analyst III

Prepare documentation for the development of cost proposals. Prepare cost proposals utilizing existing pricing models.

• Provide support to Pricing Team to enable proposals are completed and submitted in accordance with customer requirements and schedules.
• Work with Subject Matter Experts in the analysis of labor and material Basis of Estimates (BOEs).
• Develop and maintain pricing files in accordance with USG and company requirements.
• Assist in creating cost proposal documentation and backup.
• Create complete small and large scale, multi-year, cost proposals to include labor, materials, travel, subcontract costs, and other direct costs from existing pricing models according to the customers' RFP/RFQ schedule.
• Prepare files for management review of cost proposals.
• Work in a team hybrid environment.
• Provide routine administrative support.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or similar.
• Requires 4+ years' experience in Government pricing and/or Project Finance experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
• Knowledge of CBAs and Wage Determinations/ SCA desired.
• Knowledge of all contract types including FFP, CPFF, and TandM.
• Skilled in verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Pro Pricer experience desired.
• General Computer Skills required.

• Must be able to walk or stand on level and/or inclined surfaces and sit for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to routinely climb/descend stairs.
• On occasion must be able to lift 25 pounds.
• Must be able to routinely grasp or handle objects, use finger dexterity, bend elbows/knees, and reach above/below shoulders.
• Works in a normal office environment with controlled temperature and lighting conditions.
