• Make $20–$30/hour on average
• 10% commission on product + tool sales
• 10% commission on add-on services
• 10% commission for every membership you sell (Barfly Single or Double!)
• Tons of growth opportunities — Shift Lead? Management? We’ll help you get there!

• Bi-Weekly pay
• Free blowouts (Sun–Wed) + 40% off products

• Must hold a valid AL Cosmetology License!
• Be available for at least 2 shifts per week, including one weekend day (Sat or Sun)
• Team player energy — kind, inclusive, and fun vibes only!
• Dress to impress in black, white, grey, yellow, or denim

We also accept applications from those attending cosmetology school (must have a valid cosmetology license to work as a hairstylist).
