WHO YOU ARE:

Our team consists of highly qualified, professional therapists who are warm, compassionate, and collaborative. We serve clients across the lifespan seeking renewed connection, peace, and purpose. We understand therapy can be hard and scary, but we believe it can be a safe space for transformation that can create a radical difference in your life and the life of your loved ones.

At Eagle, we also believe healing extends beyond individual sessions; we're woven into the fabric of our communities, investing in their wellbeing not just at the personal level, but across the shared tapestry of our lives. From blanket drives for underserved area senior citizens to providing lunches for hardworking local business staff members to spearheading mental health awareness campaigns, we actively participate in strengthening the support systems that surround our clients.

We support and sponsor local schools as our partners in education as well as partner with local businesses to provide onsite counselors in particularly stressful or mentally “heavy” work environments. By stepping outside of our offices, we not only amplify the impact of our individual work, but also foster a sense of collective wellbeing, where everyone feels supported and empowered to thrive.

WHAT WE DO: We are clinically diverse providing a wide range of interventions and modalities. We’ve chosen an integrative approach to therapy, utilizing:

• SFT (Solutions-Focused Therapy, Positive Psychology, Family Systems Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy)

HOW WE DO IT: We are innovative and accessible with in-office sessions and/or telehealth/video sessions. We recognize that video counseling is a great way to maintain a client’s progress if in-person sessions aren’t feasible; we are able to provide telehealth counseling for clients that live anywhere in the state of Alabama. We meet clients where they are with compassion, understanding, and kindness.

Our counselors offer therapy sessions that can cover a wide range of personal goals or struggles, including:

• Individual counseling
• Vocational counseling
• Relationship, premarital, and marriage counseling
• Family counseling (as a group, or individually)
• Child/Teen counseling

Eagle accepts self/private pay as well as 10+ insurance plans and 15+ EAP providers, enabling our clients to seek out counseling while still having the ability to fit their sessions into their budgets.
