The Systems Engineer is responsible for the installation and configuration of RJ Young’s current software portfolio in a client environment.

• Complete proper documentation; log time and project information inside the helpdesk software (currently Connect Wise).
• Resolve customers’ reported issues remotely.
• Effectively use time management for the benefit of the company and client.
• Effectively communicate with customers to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
• Escalate customer problems to the proper entity.
• Document daily activity and time utilization.
• Attend project meetings as required.
• Follow proper warranty procedures.

• This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
• This position will work in systems (Docu Ware, PSICapture, Uniflow, and Papercut) and the components are based on IIS confirmations and generally use SQL database backend.

Ability to sit at a computer for prolonged periods of time.

Full-time;
Monday - Friday.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems.

• Two-year technical degree.
• Experience in other or mixed environments (Linux, Mac, etc.).
• Experience with Docu Ware or other document management systems.
